Privacy Policy
This privacy policy is applicable to the Lightspeed Impact app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by Joonas and Emilia Kollander (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is provided "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
User Provided Information
The Application collects minimal information that you voluntarily provide while using it. Specifically, this includes your chosen alias and, if applicable, a name for any group you create. This information is solely used for displaying to other players within the Application and does not identify you personally. Since you have full control over the alias you choose, the data collected is minimal and should not be considered significant. We prioritize your privacy and ensure that your information is not shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically depending on user consent and applicable laws. This may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile operating system version, anonymized identifiers (such as a unique installation ID used for ranked gameplay features), approximate network-based location (such as location inferred from an IP address), and information about how the Application is used. Where required by applicable law, such information is only collected after obtaining your consent and in accordance with your consent choices.
We use third-party tools to verify the integrity of the app and prevent unauthorized use of our services
The Application uses Firebase Realtime Database to store and synchronize gameplay-related data. This data may include user-generated content such as chosen aliases, group names, and game progress. This information is stored on Google Firebase servers and is used solely to provide core game functionality. The Service Provider does not store sensitive personal information such as real names, addresses, or precise location data in the database.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not gather precise real-time location information about your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
We use Google Firebase as a service provider for database storage, analytics, and crash reporting. These services process data only according to our instructions.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
- when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
Consent Management
Where required by applicable law, the Application uses a consent management platform to request and manage your consent for data processing activities such as advertising and analytics. You may review or update your consent choices at any time through the Application’s settings or by reinstalling the Application.
Analytics Consent
Where required by applicable law, analytics data collection is disabled by default and will only be enabled if you explicitly choose to allow it. You may decline analytics consent without affecting access to gameplay features or rewards. You can review or update your consent choices at any time through the privacy settings accessible within the Application. For users not subject to consent requirements under applicable law, analytics may be enabled by default and can be adjusted at any time through the privacy settings accessible within the Application.
When analytics is enabled, Firebase Analytics may collect information such as session duration, in-game events and interactions, device type, and operating system version. This data is used to understand how the Application is used and to improve the gameplay experience. This data is processed by Google in accordance with their privacy policy linked above.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can halt all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information may be retained for up to 24 months and thereafter stored in aggregated or anonymized form. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at kollandergames@gmail.com. Please note that some data may be required for the Application to function properly.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. The Application may use third-party services that process data in accordance with their own privacy policies. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personally identifiable information from a child under 13 has been provided directly to the Service Provider through the Application, the Service Provider will take reasonable steps to delete such information within their control and, where applicable, cooperate with third-party service providers’ data handling and deletion processes.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information they process and maintain. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

Where required by applicable law, the Application will request your explicit consent before processing personal data. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
